Michael Jetten

Michael Jetten is the Senior Director of Value Advisory EMEA at UKG, leading the Customer Value and Industry Advisory Organization in the region. Since July 2019, Michael has been at the forefront of Value Engineering for international HR customers, focusing on quantifying the potential value of the PeopleDoc HR Service Delivery platform. Prior to their current role, Michael held significant positions at Conduent, including Strategic Business Unit Manager, where they managed multinational HR and payroll outsourcing contracts, and served as a Delivery Manager at Xerox for global client accounts. Additionally, Michael co-founded and was the Managing Director of Jetten-Immobilien, a family-owned real estate agency, overseeing IT, marketing, and customer service. Michael's educational background includes studies at Maastricht University.
