Mike Carroll

Mike Carroll has a diverse background in marketing and technology, holding dual degrees in Marketing and Management Information Systems from Butler University. Mike began as a Sales Intern at Rust-Oleum Corporation in 2021 before progressing to an IT Audit Intern at OneAmerica in 2022. Mike’s internship experience continued at Chervon North America, Inc. as a Channel Management Intern. Following these roles, Mike joined UKG where progression included positions of Solution Consultant, Sr Solution Consultant, and Solution Consultant II from December 2024 to October 2025.
