Mike Mayo

Mike Mayo currently serves as Sr. Director of Global Tax at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), a position held since April 2014, having previously progressed through various roles within the company including Director, Senior Manager, and Manager in the Tax Planning & Controversy division. Prior to joining UKG, Mike Mayo spent nearly five years at Raytheon, where roles included Manager of Income Tax Audits and various positions as a Tax Associate. Mike Mayo holds a Juris Doctorate from Northeastern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maine.
