Miki Oh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and consulting. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at UKG since March 2021, Miki is part of a team that focuses on business process improvement and employee engagement through HCM optimization. Prior to UKG, Miki held the position of HRIS Manager at Milliman from July 2006 to April 2020, leading the development and operational efficiency of the human resources information system. Miki began a career at Ceridian in 1993, where roles included Major Accounts Representative and District Vice President, Client Services, culminating in a comprehensive understanding of client needs and management. Miki holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Washington.
