Nick Beck is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success and sales management. Currently serving as Lead Customer Success Manager and previously as Executive Relationship Manager at UKG since January 2019, Nick specializes in aligning product offerings to fulfill Human Capital Management (HCM) needs for clients. Prior to UKG, Nick held similar roles at Ultimate Software and worked in sales at Oracle, SaleCycle, and CEB, now Gartner, where strategic partnerships with C-level executives were established. Additional experience includes positions at Allstate Insurance, AAA Mid-Atlantic, American Income Life, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Shenandoah University.
