Nitisha Varun is currently serving as a Lead Product Manager at UKG since May 2024. Prior to this role, Nitisha worked at Wednesday Solutions as a Technical Project Manager and at OLX Autos as an Associate Product Manager, where significant contributions included leading the Global Finance in Transformation project for the Order to Cash cycle and improving procurement metrics in LATAM. Nitisha's experience also encompasses a role as a Customer Success Manager at LeadSquared, managing a portfolio of 25 enterprise customers and enhancing onboarding processes. Earlier in the career, Nitisha served as a Sales Development Intern at LeadSquared and founded Aagaaz, a poetry club, while also coordinating SPIC MACAY's NSIT chapter. Nitisha holds an MTech in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women and a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
