Patrick Bennett

Patrick Bennett is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the public sector and education sales. Currently serving as Vice President at UKG since August 2020, Patrick leads a team of seven Area Directors and forty-four Sales Executives, overseeing a revenue target exceeding $90 million annually and driving growth through the transition to Cloud and SaaS. Prior to UKG, Patrick held various leadership roles at Kronos from December 1993 to August 2020, including Vice President of Public Sector and Education, where similar responsibilities were upheld. Patrick's earlier roles include Director of Southeast Healthcare, Enterprise Sales Manager, and Sales Executive, demonstrating a consistent record of exceeding sales targets. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Marketing from Lipscomb University, participation in the SMU Mid Management Program, and completion of leadership programs at the University of California, Berkeley, and Harvard University.
