Patrick Kuijpers

Patrick Kuijpers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR digital transformation and IT project management. Currently serving as a Trusted Advisor in the Value Advisory EMEA at UKG since August 2023, Patrick supports businesses in leveraging HCM Cloud capabilities for enhancing employee experience and achieving digital HR goals. Prior to UKG, Patrick held multiple roles at Atos Nederland | International from March 2005 to July 2023, including HR Digital Transformation Manager, where responsibilities included leading global HR SSC technology implementations and overseeing HR IT portfolio management. Earlier, as IT Project and Service Manager, Patrick contributed to various sectors, managing projects for notable clients such as Achmea, Philips, and Rabobank. Patrick began a career in IT project management at CMG from 1996 to 2005, focusing on business intelligence solutions. Educational qualifications include bachelor's degrees in Information Engineering and Business Engineering from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
