Rayner Platt is a seasoned Project Manager with over fifteen years of experience in payroll management, both in-house and for managed services across the UK and Europe. Currently serving as a Senior Services Project Manager at UKG, Rayner has a proven track record of driving process improvements and fostering strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers. Previously, they held key payroll roles at Waters, Shred-it, Logica, and ADP, where they managed complex payroll systems and led initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Rayner earned a Foundation Degree in Payroll Management from the University of Worcester and holds a CIPP qualification.
