Renae Geraci

Renae Geraci is a UX leader, strategist, and people promoter with extensive experience in user research and team leadership. Currently serving as the Director of User Research at UKG, they have previously held notable positions at companies such as Google and Autodesk, where they led teams driving product strategy and customer engagement. Renae’s career includes a significant tenure as Sr. Manager of UX at Bose, where they spearheaded innovation efforts that broadened the company's customer base. Additionally, Renae contributes to the academic community as a Lecturer and Coach at Tufts University Gordon Institute.
