Rita has had a long and successful career in the field of Human Resources, holding various titles such as Sr Director, Director, Sr Manager, Manager, HRIS Project Analyst, and HR Administrator. Rita has also worked as an SAP Human Resources Functional Analyst and a PeopleSoft Human Resources Functional Analyst. Rita has a degree in Business Administration from Merrimack College. Throughout their career, Rita has demonstrated a strong dedication to supporting organizations through a people-focused approach.
