Ron Gordon is an experienced software engineering leader with a comprehensive background in payroll, taxation, and benefits. Currently serving as the VP of Software Engineering at UKG since August 2020, Ron has ownership of the engineering organizations focused on payroll, taxation, and benefits. Prior to UKG, Ron held the position of Senior Director Software Engineering at Ultimate Software from June 2016 to August 2020, overseeing payroll and tax compliance efforts. Ron's extensive career at AutoNation from October 1997 to June 2016 included multiple roles, culminating as Senior Director of Application Development. Ron Gordon earned a degree from the University of Technology between 1994 and 1997.
