Ryan Picard

Ryan Picard has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at UKG since November 2021. Prior roles include Recruiting Specialist at Staff Hunters, where staffing included temporary and direct hire positions in various sectors, and Recruiting Manager at Raven Ridge. Ryan spent a decade with the Army National Guard as a Military Musician and also held positions as a Recruiter at Technical Needs and as Recruiting and Retention NCO at the National Guard Bureau. Education includes General Studies in Recruiting and a high school diploma from Timberlane Regional High School.
