Shail Mehta

Shail Mehta is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management, currently serving as Vice President of Software Engineering at UKG since 2015. Prior to this role, Shail held various senior engineering positions at UKG and co-founded multiple companies, including Keva Health and AccessQualityHealth. Shail’s career includes significant leadership roles at Oracle, where managerial responsibilities encompassed overseeing a team of 47 engineers and delivering critical software solutions, as well as impactful work at ProfitLogic, where contributions were instrumental in developing industry-leading products. Shail holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Rhode Island.
