Shani Minsky

Shani Minsky, PHR, FPC, is the Senior Director of Managed Services at UKG, where they lead with a focus on operational excellence and team empowerment. With a background that includes roles as a Payroll Specialist at K12 Inc and various positions at Ultimate Software, Shani has developed a strategic leadership style centered on mentoring and collaborative problem-solving. They are currently pursuing graduate studies in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Harvard Extension School, while also completing a BA in Communication and Psychology at Virginia Tech.
