Stephen DeGobbi is an accomplished leader in customer account management and sales, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Customer Account Management & Sales at UKG since September 2020. With a focus on driving customer success through innovative HCM solutions, Stephen has built strategic relationships with key enterprise clients. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President and Director of Sales for Retail, Hospitality, and Food Service at Kronos, where a commitment to enhancing customer experiences and driving brand loyalty was paramount. Additionally, Stephen has experience in enterprise services at Paychex, managing complex sales cycles, and was previously the Director of Regional Sales at Sterling Infosystems, Inc. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University.
