Steve Ladd is currently the Director of GTM Enablement at UKG, where they focus on crafting simple solutions to complex problems while leading a team to success. Previously, they held positions as a Managing Consultant at eCapital Advisors and Director of Presales at Ultimate Software. With a strong emphasis on integrity and accountability, Steve specializes in presales, analytics, and sales enablement. They have also managed business intelligence at Bass Pro Shops and are pursuing degrees at the University of North Texas and The University of Texas at Austin, along with a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University.
