With a robust background in service operations, Strayer previously held the role of Director of Service Operations at UKG and was the Vice President of Service Operations at ADP, where they spearheaded various initiatives to improve client engagement and operational efficiency. They have expertise in areas such as technical product support, project management, and business continuity. Strayer’s educational pursuits are ongoing at Young Harris College.
