Susan Johnson is the Vice President of Global Private Equity, M&A Carveouts, and GPO at UKG, where they leverage over 30 years of expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) to assist Private Equity firms in optimizing their HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Talent Management solutions. Previously, Susan held key roles at ADP National Accounts and Ultimate Software, including Corporate Sales Manager and Director of Private Equity, where they built strategic relationships and fostered business growth within the HCM sector. Susan earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
