Swati Doshi

Swati Doshi is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in technical product and program management, currently serving as the Director of Product Management at UKG. Having previously held various leadership roles at Microsoft, Swati led cross-functional teams and innovative projects, notably developing an IoT solution to enhance employee productivity. With a focus on results and collaboration, Swati has successfully driven strategies and roadmaps in multiple organizations, including as a Senior Director of Product Management at AffableBPM Corporation. Swati is also an advisory board member for the Design Thinking Program at the Tombolo Institute at Bellevue College. Swati completed studies at the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business in 2023.
