Tanner Hoffman has extensive experience in business development and sales, having held various positions at UKG from August 2020 to July 2023, rising through the ranks from Manager to Director. Previously, Tanner worked at Ultimate Software as a Manager in Inside Sales and an Inside Sales Representative from July 2017 to August 2020, focusing on helping companies optimize their workforce through cloud-based HCM solutions. Prior roles include Division Director and Senior Recruiter at Robert Half Technology, and Co-Founder and Entertainer at DJ TNA Entertainment. Tanner's career commenced with a Business Management internship at Walgreens.
