Thomas Hector possesses extensive experience in business development and customer success, having worked at Ricoh Canada Inc. and UKG. At Ricoh Canada Inc., Thomas served as a Business Development Consultant and later as a Named Account Manager, where responsibilities included enhancing organizational collaboration and information management. Since joining UKG in 2020, Thomas has held several key roles, including Executive Relationship Manager and Enterprise Customer Success Manager, focusing on building strong relationships with customers and maximizing the value of their investments in UKG solutions. Thomas holds a Diploma of Technology in Marketing Management with a Professional Sales Option from BC Institute of Technology.
