Tim began their career at a national payroll processing company, progressing through roles in customer support, implementation, and technical training. Currently, Tim serves as the Senior Manager of Training Delivery at UKG, where they lead a team of instructors in teaching the UKG Ready product across various audiences. Tim's extensive background allows them to effectively guide their team by leveraging insights gained from the client lifecycle.
