Vicki Cox currently serves as the Manager of Sales Strategy & Planning at UKG since December 2025. Previously, Vicki held multiple roles at Boomi, including North America Chair of the Womxn at Boomi Employee Resource Group and Enterprise Sales Planning & Strategy Lead for the Americas from November 2023 to August 2025. At Salesforce, Vicki advanced from Senior Solution Engineer to Director of Global Sales Programs and took on leadership roles in various initiatives, including Vice President of the WISE ERG and Chief of Staff to the Global Chief Revenue Officer of MuleSoft. Earlier experience includes program and sales management positions at Atkins Nutritionals, Nuance Communications, Sungard Availability Services, RCN, and SkyTel. Vicki holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Temple University and a Master's degree in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
