Wayne Reslow

Wayne Reslow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process excellence and project management. Currently at UKG since March 2021, Wayne contributes to creating a people-focused organizational culture. Prior to UKG, Wayne held various IT roles culminating in a Global Solutions Architect position at Bose, Gillette, and Procter & Gamble from October 1988 to July 2020. Achievements include leading an Agile team for a successful SAP ERP migration to AWS and driving 100% adoption of enhancements through the SAP Customer Engagement Initiative. Wayne holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor's in Computer and Information Sciences from Bentley University, an MBA in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and an Applied Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, alongside completing a Graduate Program in Business Architecture at Penn State University.
