Anna Román

Anna Román has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Anna began their career as a Lead Recruiter at Aldeas Infantiles SOS de España in 2011. Anna then worked as an Intern in RRHH at Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal) from March 2013 to June 2013.

From 2013 to 2016, Anna worked at Gesaworld Group, where they held positions as a Field Researcher and Consultant. In these roles, they conducted qualitative research, gathered health indicators, and analyzed data for reporting purposes for projects financed by multilateral organizations. Anna also provided backoffice support for International Public Procurement competitions.

In 2017, Anna joined FAMBA -Hospital Clínic BCN as a Project Manager/UX Researcher. During their time there, they conducted user research and testing, developed wireframes and task flows, and collaborated with designers and developers to create user-friendly software. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of User Experience Researcher within the same company.

From 2021 to 2023, Anna worked as a UX/UI Designer at BE-TAMINS. Anna'sresponsibilities included applying design thinking principles and methods to solve business problems, planning and executing UX research, and selecting appropriate methods based on project requirements and resources.

Most recently, Anna has been working at Ukio as a Community & Partnership Manager since January 2023, where they are responsible for managing community relationships and partnerships.
