Ukiyo Candle Co. is a nature-inspired luxury soy candle brand based in Toronto, Canada. We’re inspired by intentional living and the simple joy of slowing down.

Our candles are hand-poured using clean ingredients like 100% natural soy wax, FSC certified wood wicks, paraben & phthalate free fragrances & eco-friendly packaging- always vegan & cruelty-free! Whether it’s the grounding scent of palo santo or the fresh bloom of lilac in spring, each candle is crafted to bring a sense of calm and presence into your everyday rituals.

“Ukiyo” is a Japanese word that loosely translates to “the floating world”- a reminder to be in the moment, let go and just be. That’s the feeling we hope to share through each candle we make.

We're proud to be a BIPOC woman-owned business, featured in publications like Toronto Guardian, InStore Magazine and Todotoronto. Our collections are available through our online store and at select markets and events across the Greater Toronto Area.
