What if you could RECOGNIZE and ENGAGE with each customer while they are RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU even if they don’t have your app and didn’t join your loyalty program?

uKnomi RECOGNIZES each customer and TRACKS their visits, orders, and preferences then EQUIPS your team with a personalized message script and the customer’s PREFERRED ORDER to increase drive-thru SPEED, ensure ACCURACY of orders, eliminate FRICTION, and make EMOTIONAL CONNECTIONS with each customer and deliver a situational REWARD to promote LOYALTY and RETURN VISITS and leave each customer thinking:

“HEY, YOU KNOW ME!”

Today you have no idea who a customer is when they are right in front of you – have they been here before, how often do they come, what did they order previously, how long has their experience taken this time and every time in the past, what reward would be meaningful to make up for the long delay today … you don’t know any of this! QSRs say that they actually know less than 5% of their customers.

With uKnomi you can RECOGNIZE ALL YOUR DRIVE-THRU CUSTOMERS and PERSONALIZE every experience.
