UK Online Measurement Company (UKOM): Industry governed, multi-platform audience measurement in partnership with Ipsos iris

UKOM is equally co-owned by the  Association of Online Publishers  (AOP), the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB UK) and The Incorporated Society of British Advertisers (ISBA)

The Institute of Practitioners of Advertising (IPA) are represented on UKOM’s executive board  in an advisory role.

UKOM’s primary function is one of standard setting and governance. Fundamentally UKOM is the key industry stakeholders coming together to identify, define and govern a common UK industry standard for online audience measurement.
