Максим Голуб

Максим Голуб is currently the Deputy Head of the Telecommunication and System Administration Department at the Ukrainian Processing Center, JSC. Since 2011, they have served as an Oracle Database Administrator, where they manage database monitoring, user rights, and performance tuning. Previously, they held roles in technical support and database administration at the State Fiscal Service and Raiffeisen Bank Aval between 2004 and 2011. Максим earned a Master's degree in electronic devices from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' in 2006.
