Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at UKROEd since February 2020, Jonathan also leads Stakeholder Engagement & Corporate Communications and manages Professional Standards. Previously, Jonathan held various roles at TTC Group from November 2008 to February 2020, including Head of Service Delivery and NDORS/Driver Education Coordinator, contributing to the company's mission to enhance personal and professional development. Jonathan's educational background includes several qualifications in business improvement techniques, coaching, and team leadership obtained from institutions such as Telford College of Arts & Technology and Lean Education and Development Ltd.
