Prior to this role, Dylan worked as a Marine Hand at Rudders Boatyard Limited from February 2022 to September 2022. Additionally, Dylan gained valuable experience as a Flotilla 1st Mate at Odysseus Yachting Holidays S.A. from May 2021 to November 2021.
