Gary Kurth has extensive experience in youth training and watersports instruction, currently serving as Youth Training Manager and Chief Instructor at UKSA since January 2005. In addition to these roles, Gary has also held positions as Senior Instructor and Further Education Coordinator at the same organization. Prior to UKSA, Gary worked as a Watersports Instructor at Sunsail from January 2004 to September 2004. Academic qualifications include a degree in Sports Marketing and Advertising with a focus on Events Management from the University of the Witwatersrand (1996-1999) and a qualification in Internal Quality Assurance (Assessor and Practitioner) from Isle of Wight College (2008-2010).

We are a youth education and maritime training charity based in Cowes, Isle of Wight. Our charitable status enables us to deliver so much more than training and certification alone.
