Simon Davies is a results-driven professional with over 23 years of experience in the youth charity sector. Currently serving as the Boatyard Manager at Cowes Yacht Haven since 2020, Simon also operates Simon Davies Coaching, focusing on training and coaching. Previously, Simon held the position of IOW Manager at YMCA Fairthorne Group, overseeing charity operations on the Isle of Wight, and served as the Director of Youth Development at UKSA, where they were instrumental in developing youth programs and securing funding. With strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to integrity, Simon is eager to take on a new and challenging leadership role.
