Tudor Williams

Tudor Williams is the Chief Technology Officer at Filtronic since October 2021, where responsibilities include leading technical strategy and securing grant funding while developing partnerships. Additionally, Tudor serves as Director of Technology at UKTIN, focusing on the UK telecoms ecosystem, and is a Committee Member for the ARMMS Conference, organizing bi-annual events. As an Industrial Advisory Board Member at the University of Leeds and a strategic advisor for the Bradford-Renduchintala Centre for Space AI, Tudor aids in aligning academic programs with industry needs. Previously, Tudor held the position of Interim Technical Director and Head of RF and Microwave at the Compound Semiconductor Applications Catapult and managed engineering teams at Mesuro Ltd. Tudor also has experience as an MMIC Design Engineer at Leonardo and a Research Associate at Cardiff University. Educational qualifications include a PhD in RF Engineering from Cardiff University and a degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering from Swansea University.
