Mike Morgan has extensive experience in live sports transmission and broadcasting, currently serving as a Live Sports Transmission Controller at Warner Bros. Discovery since April 2022. Morgan has been actively involved with Eurosport since September 2019, managing the Nordic channels and Eurosport 1 & 2 UK, a role that commenced with the TOKYO OLYMPICS sponsorship. Additional roles include Playout Director at UKTV since April 2019 and Freelance Playout Director at BT Sports since June 2017, where live sports coverage spans events such as WTA, NBA, Serie A football, and UK premier Rugby. Morgan has also freelanced as a Transmission Controller for Babcock International Group, Globecast, Ericsson, and Disney and ESPN Media Networks since 2013. Prior to these roles, Morgan served as Director at Spaci Ltd and supergranite.co.uk, and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Systems from Luton University, obtained in 1997.
