Chad Collins

Chad Collins has extensive experience in sales training and human resources, with a career spanning over 17 years at Uline since May 2006. As a Florida and Texas Sales Trainer, Chad conducts new hire training, collaborates on recruitment for summer interns and junior sales reps, and facilitates training audits and product modules for over 25 sales representatives. Notably, Chad achieved the title of 2014 Sales Manager of the Year while managing a high-performing team, conducting performance audits, and facilitating coaching opportunities. Prior to Uline, Chad worked as a Human Resources Specialist III at Fluor Corporation, where responsibilities included recruiting personnel for large projects and managing new-hire orientations. Chad holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Baylor University.
