Daniela Herrera is a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience in leadership roles focused on client acquisition and customer experience improvement. Currently serving as the Gerente de Adquisición de Clientes at Uline, they aim to enhance the company's market presence in Mexico while aligning their efforts with organizational goals. In previous roles, Daniela coordinated quality laboratory evaluations at Mars and led business development initiatives at Uline, including launching an outbound call department and developing operational procedures for new team members. Daniela holds an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Universidad Tecmilenio and a Licentiate degree in Food Science from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
