Debbie O'Connell has extensive experience in customer service and corrections, currently serving as the Customer Service Department Manager at Uline since January 2015. Prior roles at Uline include Customer Service Team Lead, Senior Customer Service Trainer, Customer Service Trainer, and Customer Service Representative. Debbie's background also includes work as an Initial Assessment Specialist with the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families from January 2014 to January 2015, and as a Correctional Officer with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections from January 2007 to January 2014. Debbie O'Connell holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, attained between 2003 and 2007.
