Eric Olsen is a seasoned User Experience Designer with extensive experience in the financial technology sector. Currently a Retired User Experience Designer since December 2023, Olsen previously served as the User Experience Design Lead at Uline from July 2019. Prior to that, a significant tenure at FIS from May 1989 to August 2018 included roles such as Product Design & Usability Manager, where Olsen led the modernization of a suite of consumer web applications, and Senior Interaction Designer, overseeing the transformation of independent programs into an integrated web-based product. Early career experience includes the role of Senior Technical Writer, focused on enhancing online documentation and user guidance. Olsen holds degrees in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication, as well as English Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
