John Hoffman

John Hoffman currently serves as the Director of Executive Operations at Uline, a position held since October 2022. Previously, John held the title of Vice President of Business Intelligence and Expense Control from 2014 to 2022, where vital objectives were implemented to stabilize the company and prepare it for future expansion. As the Director of Business Intelligence, John established a dedicated team and streamlined data sources to enhance decision-making. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Store Operations at Sears Holdings Management Corporation, overseeing payroll performance for over $1 billion in annual payroll, and as Project Manager at Footstar, managing a significant number of stores and developing effective teams. John began a career in retail as a District Manager at Famous Footwear, managing 20 stores with impressive sales figures. Academic credentials include a BA in Economics and Psychology from Brooklyn College and an MBA in Management from Northeastern Illinois University.
