Larry Barry

Larry Barry serves as the Director of Legal Affairs at Uline, overseeing a team of six attorneys and coordinating relationships with up to 15 outside law firms specializing in various legal sectors. Prior to this role, Larry was Counsel at Tartan Realty Group, Inc., where responsibilities included drafting the first employee handbook and negotiating commercial development agreements. Earlier experience as an Associate Attorney at Jack H. Rottner & Associates involved litigation management, including arguing contested motions and preparing legal documents. Larry holds a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, and a B.A. in History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
