Matt Sullivan

Matt Sullivan has extensive experience in retail management, demonstrating strong leadership and operational skills across multiple roles. Beginning as an Executive Team Lead of Overnight Logistics at Target, Matt managed a large logistics team in a high-value retail environment from June 2006 to May 2007. Subsequent positions at Kohl's Department Stores included Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, where responsibilities encompassed sales, inventory control, customer satisfaction, and employee development. Notable achievements include significant improvements in customer service scores and successful expansions of store credit and email portfolios. Currently serving as the Director of DC Operations at Uline since July 2012, Matt continues to excel in operational leadership. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from the University of Minnesota, obtained in 2006.
