Mayank Joshi is a seasoned technology professional with over 16 years of experience in software engineering and platform engineering. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Software Engineering at Uline since June 2011, Mayank has successfully guided the transition to RedHat OpenShift and launched an Engineering Rotation Program to develop senior developers into architects. Previously, as Senior Manager of Platform Engineering, Mayank transformed the platform function to support modern application runtimes and CI/CD pipelines. Mayank's earlier roles include Systems Engineer/Integration Architect at Uline, where responsibility included the middleware architecture for the Order Management System, and Principal Consultant at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where design and implementation of a monitoring framework for large-scale WebSphere environments were achieved. Mayank holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Karnatak University.
