Meghan Count

Meghan Count is a highly experienced executive with a robust background in operations and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to Owner and President Liz Uihlein at Uline since August 2022, Meghan drives strategic decisions and oversees key corporate functions including internal audit processes and executive recruiting. Prior to Uline, Meghan held various leadership roles at WEC Energy Group for nearly two decades, notably as Chief of Staff to President and CEO Kevin Fletcher, where initiatives included enterprise-wide SAP implementation, establishing new departments, and leading safety improvements. Meghan's career began with engineering roles at We Energies, focusing on regulatory processes, fuel cost planning, and operational enhancements. Meghan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
