Tom Weitzel

Tom Weitzel is a seasoned executive in compensation and human resources management, currently serving as the Director of Compensation, Payroll, & HR Administration at Uline since October 2023. Previously, Tom held the position of Vice President of Total Rewards at Cision from October 2022 to October 2023, and served as Senior Vice President, Head of Global Compensation at Northern Trust Corporation from August 2017 to October 2022, overseeing global compensation programs. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President, Director of Compensation & HRIS at Publicis Media and Senior Manager of Compensation and HR Administration at Hollister Incorporated, where responsibilities included designing and administering broad-based compensation programs. Tom began a career as a Global Compensation Consultant at Hewitt Associates, focusing on market analysis for multinational firms. Educational credentials include an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Justice from Olivet Nazarene University.
