Federico Golcher

Federico Golcher serves as CEO and President of Ulises Tech since September 2023, focusing on connecting businesses with nearshore talent in Costa Rica. As Chairman of the Board at iitos, Federico champions the transformative power of venture capital and impact investing, while also holding a Board Member position at Carao Ventures, which supports early-stage entrepreneurs in Latin America. Additionally, Federico has been CEO and President of New Century Partners, Inc. since 2008, integrating capital and expertise to drive growth for private companies in Central America. Previous roles include Chairman at EY, where Federico contributed to significant growth, and Managing Partner at KPMG Costa Rica, where the firm attained a dominant market position and developed specialized practices. Federico's educational background includes a President's Certificate Program on Leadership from Harvard Business School.
