Stefano Grima

Stefano Grima is a seasoned technology executive known for co-founding and leading multiple innovative companies. Currently serving as CEO and Co-Founder of Wel Srl since September 2017, Stefano focuses on enhancing digital transformation for enterprises through customized solutions that unify data governance and technology infrastructures. As CTO and Founder of OverFuture SA, Stefano is involved in the pioneering aspects of blockchain, including Italy's first Security Token Offering. Additionally, as CTO and Co-Founder of Aspotech Srl, Stefano addresses e-health challenges through wearable biometric solutions. In partnership roles with Ulisse Ltd, and having held previous positions as Project Manager and Java Architect at Incifra, as well as Oracle DBA and PLSQL Specialist at Oracle, Stefano brings extensive experience in project execution, system architecture, and software development. Educationally, Stefano is an alumnus of Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca and Salesiani Don Bosco.
