Celso Martineli is the founder and CEO of Grupo Bio Fazendas, a role held since 2018, and a co-founder of Uliving Student Housing, a position held since 2011. They previously served as general director of Rede de Hoteis Caesar Towers (now Blue Tree Hotels) from 1995 to 1999. They are passionate about hospitality and people, innovation and purpose. They earned a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management from École hôtelière de Lausanne and a degree in Public Relations from Universidade Estadual de Londrina.
