Luiza Charles has a diverse background in administrative support and human resources, with experience in both educational and corporate environments. Beginning as an intern at Amil in human resources in 2012, Luiza progressed to roles such as Administrative Assistant at Auding Idiomas and Intern at Nucleo de Atendimento e Orientação Pedagógico - PUC RIO, where responsibilities included vocational guidance and student counseling. In more recent positions at Uliving Student Housing, Luiza held roles as a Pleno Human Resources Analyst and Student Relations, overseeing talent acquisition, organizational development initiatives, and enhancing the employee experience.
